Pilgerbrief - Pilgerpass (credencial de peregrino)
Offizieller Ausweis der Pilger. Wird in Herbergen, Kirchen, Stadtbüros und Bars abgestempelt. Ein Teil des Dingle Way ist offizieller Teil des Jakobsweges ( Kerry Camino ), man kann also von Tralee nach Dingle pilgern (mit Stempeln und Zertifikat). Man kann auch den gesamten Weg als Pilgerreise verstehen.

Pilgrim's identity card - passport
Entitles the owner to overnight accommodation in pilgrim's hostels and, at the end, is the verification of the pilgrimage. The Kerry Camino is a Tralee initiative to promote walking in the area, specifically the walk known also as The Dingle Way between Tralee and Dingle. On the Kerry camino a walker uses a Passport and stamping stations on the route to mark their progress.

Wieder zu Hause: Guter Gott, nun bin ich wieder zu Hause. Bei meinen Lieben habe ich mich zurückgemeldet, die Sachen sind gewaschen, am Montag gehe ich wieder arbeiten. Ich bin noch ganz erfüllt von meiner Pilgerreise - und doch ganz leer zugleich. Als befände ich mich in einem Niemandsland zwischen Pilgern und Alltag, fühle ich mich allein mit der ganzen Fülle der Erfahrungen und Eindrücke der letzten Wochen. Mein Kopf und mein Herz sind randvoll, aber was wirklich in mir passiert ist, kann ich anderen kaum mitteilen. Ich drehe meine Jakobsmuschel, die die ganze Zeit mit mir unterwegs war, in meinen Händen. Sie soll mein Symbol sein, in ihre kleine Schale lege ich alles, was mir an dieser Pilgerfahrt wichtig war. Hilf du mir zu bewahren, was ich erfahren habe. Lass es in mir wachsen und aufblühen.

Back home: Good God, now I'm back home. I have returned myself to my loved ones, things are washed, on Monday I go back to work. I'm still full from my pilgrimage - and yet completely empty at the same time. As I was in a no man's land between pilgrims and everyday life. I feel alone, all alone with all the fullness of the experiences and impressions of the last few weeks. My head and my heart are brimming, but what really happened to me, I can tell others hardly. I turn my scallop, which was all the time traveling with me, in my hands. It shall be my icon, in her little shell I put everything what was important on this pilgrimage. Help me to keep what I have learned. Let it grow and flourish in me.
